Feature Request - Time based parental control

Would it be possible to add time based parental control feature that works on preventing the playback of recorded programs that were recorded after a particular time? That way children could only see programs recorded before 20:00. Also perhaps add it to live tv. e.g. So again live tv cannot be displayed after 20:00
