High CPU usage before using

Hi,
Got this program from Windows magazine, check when installed it was the most upto date version, but my CPU usage is 99% before I have used the program.
This should have been fixed according to the latest bug fix list.

Yes, this should have been fixed by the latest version, but I wonder if the problem is that you installed an old version first. However, when you set up TunerFreeMCE by going in to it the first time, does it settle down?
