Tunerfree MCE and Tubecore

Postby MacBurp » Fri Nov 12, 2010 10:50 pm

Have you considered using Tubecore as a trancoding solution for extenders? Tubecore works with TVersity and Playon servers for internet TV content, and can work with other servers I believe - can it be made to work with Tunerfree?

best regards,
Paul

TubeCore can be used with Tunerfree if (big if) Tunerfree MCE is compatible with the standard called DLNA-AV.

Hope that's helpful,

No, TunerFreeMCE isn't a DLNA client. It'll be interesting to see how DLNA pans out though now that software can be certified DLNA compliant - hopefully that will help it to take off.
