Compress radio recordings for MP3 players?

Hi,

There are several ways to convert recorded radio programs to MP3 (or to other audio formats) offered in various AV forums on the web. They all seem to be manual and labour-intensive. How about a WMC plug-in which automatically detects audio .wtv's and converts them to .mp3?
