Why are not all iplayer programs available?

Hi Martin,

we tried installing this software last weekend, with the intention of downloading a couple of programs to watch, as we'd missed it during the Christmas period, however they didn't appear in your list of programs from BBC4, but did appear on the iplayer website. The programs concerned were the Christmas lectures.

Should all programs appear, or is there some criteria that is needing to be matched?

The programs are the ones that the BBC put in their RSS feeds. If you can send a link to the iplayer page, I can look in to it some more.

as we missed recording it due to tuner conflicts...

That shows up in my list under BBC One. In fact I see all 3 episodes today. Are you sure it's not there for you?
