There... donated 16 GBP (150nok) ;)
If you're developing this plugin further, I would love to see search on other things than artist only, and playlist support. :)

Thanks for the donation. Much appreciated.

Yes, I do plan on expanding the functionality. Playlists seems to be top of everyone's lists!

Hi!
When there is a track change the ordinary Spotify window appears.
I took a PrintScr so you can have a look at it.

I´m glad you are working so hardly solving the issues! Keep up =)

Hi,

I was sitting down last night moaning about Spotify and their lack of development over the past few months. All I was looking for was an MCE plug in as my Media Cenrtre serves as my DVR and Entertainment System. imagine my delight when I found your application last night. All has installed fine but I am getting an error which you may be able to throw some light on. When attempting to play a song the music starts but then I receive an error in the bottom right saying "INVALID APPLICATION Unable to launch "Songler"". I then have an option to disable this application. if I just select OK it takes me back to the main screen.

I have attached the error details so that it might enable you to shed some light on the problem. I am working with Vista MCE 32 bit Ultimate and I am using a Spotify free account and do not have a last FM account. Look forward to your response. Ace work by the way! :D

If you set media center to always be on top, you won't get Spotify coming to the front like that.

I assume you are using version 1.1. Is that right?
That particular piece of code is trying to stop any other media from playing. Did you have anything else playing at the time, or had you previously been listening or watching to anything? Can you try it both when you go clean in to media center and straight to play a Spotify track, and can you also try playing a local music track before you play the Spotify track?

Thanks

It occurs when going into Media Centre from fresh. The version I am using is.... 1.0.2.0. I downloaded it last night from this site. Just realised you have loaded up a newer version of the program. Just installing now.

Ok, just installed the latest msi and it has resolved the issue. I must have just downloaded the previous version as you updated it. Brilliant work I have to say!

It seems I spoke too soon about my install lol. I got home and decided to have a play with Songler (1.1). However, the problem I am getting is not an error message, more of a strange occurrence. I can search for songs and artists fine and when dealing with an artist that has only a few albums (The XX for example), the album art flips accordingly and I can select an album and play a song. However when I select an artist with more albums, in this instance Snow Patrol, the album art begins to load and some scrolling between albums occurs then the animation stops and all the albums remain at a side view and none of them can be selected. Even the text displaying the album name does not change. Any ideas at all? I have to come out of the program completely and go back in to make it usable.
