Extended search options

great app. Love to see it even better

You know that one can search by genre and label by typing genre:[your genre] and lable:[your favourite label]?
That's a feature I use a lot in Spotify. Can you add these search functions?

Those are both good suggestions. Unfortunately at the moment I can only search using the parameters in the Spotify api;

http://developer.spotify.com/en/metadata-api/search/

i.e. artist, album and track.

If they add those other criteria in future, I can probably add them to the application.

Is there a possibility to use services like spotiseek.com to search for similar artist and put the result in a playlist/queue?

There are loads of other playlist services, can these be used in any way?

I bump this old thread for a new question...

Would it be an idea of implementing a search history? I find myself typing with the remote the same artists over and over, having the latest 10-20 searches in a list would be a good idea I think
